By ordering from Okhetwala through this website or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
Orders
- An order is confirmed only when we reply to it on WhatsApp. Saving an order on the website does not by itself confirm it.
- If an item is not available on the day, we will tell you and offer a replacement or remove it from your bill.
- We may decline an order we cannot deliver, for example outside our delivery area.
Prices
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and follow the daily farm rate. You pay the price shown when you placed the order.
- Delivery charges and the minimum order value are shown on the Delivery page and at checkout.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will tell you before delivery and you may cancel.
Weight and quality
- Fresh produce varies naturally in size, colour and weight. Weighed items are packed at not less than the ordered weight; items sold by piece or bunch can vary in size.
- Photos show the type of product; actual produce may look slightly different.
Delivery and payment
- We deliver in the slot you choose and will tell you on WhatsApp if we are delayed.
- Payment is made on delivery by cash or UPI. Please check your items before paying.
