Yes, the minimum order and delivery charges are shown on the Delivery page and in your basket.

Yes, until it is packed. Just reply on the same WhatsApp chat.

Check your pincode on the Delivery page. If your area is not listed, message us; we may still be able to deliver.

Yes, if you order before the same-day cut-off time. After that, the earliest slot is the next morning. You choose the slot at checkout.

We call you before we arrive. If no one is home, we can leave it with a neighbour or security if you tell us, or come back in the next slot.

Produce comes direct from the farm for each day’s orders. Leafy greens and herbs are picked and bunched the same morning.

Fruits and vegetables are natural, so a pack can vary by a few grams. We always pack at least the weight you ordered for weighed items.

Tell us at the door or send a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We replace it in your next delivery or refund it, no questions asked.

Pay on delivery, by cash or UPI. There is no online payment on the website, so you never pay before you see your order.

Prices follow the harvest and are updated every morning. You pay the price shown when you placed the order.
